Nikon Action 7x35

I bought a pair of these primarily for spring turkey hunting in S. Texas. Encountered light rain the first day out. Kept the binoculars tucked inside my shirt, but they still fogged up almost immediately and were totally useless. A pair of lower priced 10X50 Simmons my wife was using never fogged and worked perfectly. Nikons were obviously not properly vacuum sealed, but when I contacted Nikon they refused to honor their 25-year warranty, even though the binoculars were brand new. A company
